Neurological rehabilitation.
The vision of our team physiotherapist is to provide patient centred, comprehensive and efficient physiotherapy treatment to neurological conditions ( Brain/ head injury, MS, Stroke, Parkinson's, Huntington and Spinal cord injury).
Physiotherapy management programme focuses on rebuilding self esteem and enabling patient to live independently as possible.
Manual therapy for musculo skeletal conditions
Manual therapy and mobilisations can reduce pain, stiffness, and spasm. Joint mobilisation can improve range of movement, relaxation and tissue repair. Mobilisations allows you to restore normal function in very short duration of time. Joint mobilisations and manual therapy can be used along with Acupunture.
Assessment and diagnosis
The most important part of your treatment is assessment and diagnosis. Our physiotherapist during the first visit will carry out Initial assessment by asking various questions and performs series of specific tests.
Following the assessment your physiotherapist will be able discuss the diagnosis, treatment plan,  treatment goals and the length of treatment period needed to obtain your goal.
Acupuncture
Acupuncture is used to treat wide range of conditions and our team physiotherapist is qualified to use mixture of western and eastern points.
Electroacupuncture is used to treat large area and works by attaching the needles to a device which generates electric impulses.
Acupuncture does not have any side effects and treatment from a qualified therapist is the best guarantee of safe and effective treatment.
Facial rejuvenation acupuncture
Facial rejuvenation acupuncture is an excellent alternative for BOTOX and surgical treatment to correct signs of ageing and scar.
Generally it consists of 12 sessions of treatment and the effectiveness can prolong usually with maintenance  sessions.
Facial acupuncture otherwise known as acupuncture facelift brings out your innate radiance and beauty by reducing fine lines, wrinkles and sagging of face.
Hydrotherapy
Hydrotherapy is used along with physiotherapy, involves use of principles ( buoyancy, resistance and current) of water to treat different conditions.
You will be with a qualified physiotherapist through out your session and no need to be swimmer to have hydrotherapy. Your hydrotherapy exercises will be designed specifically to meet your health needs. Hydrotherapy pool at dimensions gym will be used for your session with advanced booking.
Postural reeducation and training
In our initial assessment patient will go through a detailed postural evaluation for their musculoskeletal problem. Postural reeducation often requires un-learning of bad habits which results in complications of bad posture and relearning of new skills to maintain good posture.

We can offer home visits for our clients. We will be bringing our own specialist equipment for assessment, treatment thus enabling effective physiotherapy / acupuncture / complementary management.

Sports massage
Sports massage is a type of Swedish massage that stimulates lymph nodes and improve blood circulation. You don't have to be a sports person to benefit from sports massage. Sports massage is good for people with chronic pain, muscle injuries and restricted movement.
Indian head massage
The aim of indian head massage is to release the stress that has accumulated in the tissues,muscles and joints of head,face,neck and shoulders. This treatment is especially good for relieving stress,tension,fatigue,insomnia,headaches and helping rebalance your chakras. Treatment can be performed with or without oils- range of oils available.
Seated thai massage
Also known as Thai body work. What makes this different from body massage is that it involves the rhythmic compression of energy lines and points,in synergy with deep stretching movements, gentle rocking and connection between giver and receiver. Benefits include increased positive energy flow,calming and healing effect. Treatment is performed dry - no oils used.
Standard swedish massage
Aim of Swedish massage is to release the stress that can occur in day to day life. Treatment can be directed to specific area or the whole body depending on your needs. Massage is performed with lotion or choice of oils.
Shiatsu
Shiatsu helps in supporting and strengthening body,s natural ability to heal and balance itself. The session begins with some time of sharing relevant issues which is physical or psychological and the treatment is then tailored to your needs. It's an implausible therapy which encourages you to become independent through positive ways of improving quality of life.
Aromatherapy
Aromatherapy is a practise of using natural oils. There are wide number of essential oils with its own healing properties available. Some popular oil used today are chamomile, lavender, Rosemary and tea tree. These essential oils have an impact on brain wave activity creating either relaxing or stimulating effects.
Reflexology
It's a relaxing and non invasive treatment helping to harmonise the body's functions. By working the reflexes of the feet we are unblocking energy that stagnates in the feet. This treatment aims to treat the whole body rather than specific functions. Working through the zones and points, it can stimulate very organ, gland, muscle and system in the body. Treatment is performed with a range of oils.
